Order Processing

We understand the excitement of receiving a new collectible, which is why we prioritize fast and reliable order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality inspection to ensure each item is free from defects, properly packaged, and ready for shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Specialized Packaging

Given the delicate and collectible nature of our products, we use specialized packaging to protect them during transit. Dolls are wrapped in soft tissue paper and placed in padded boxes with foam inserts to preserve their fabrics and delicate features. Anime & Manga Toys, especially poseable figurines, are secured in hard plastic casings or reinforced boxes to prevent damage to joints or paint. Model Toys, whether assembled or unassembled, are packed in divided boxes with protective padding to keep parts intact and avoid scratches.

Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee), perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent collectible needs. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days.

Tracking & Support

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your collectibles arrive safely and on time, ready to be added to your collection.
