If a pricing error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct price, and you may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Payment & Order Acceptance
Payment is required at the time of purchase using our accepted methods. We ensure payment security but are not liable for unauthorized use of your details. You agree to provide accurate information, and you are responsible for fees from incorrect details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders for any reason (unavailability, fraud, payment issues), with full refunds for rejected orders.
Product Care & Warranties
Our products are designed for collectible use; Dolls and Anime & Manga Toys should be handled with care to avoid damage to paint or delicate parts. Model Toys, especially unassembled kits, require adult supervision for younger collectors. We offer a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Policy Updates & Legal Rights
We may update these terms without prior notice; continued use means acceptance of changes. If any term is invalid, the rest remain in effect. We reserve the right to take legal action for violations (non-payment, fraud, misuse). Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
